Aleš Stemberger is a General Manager of Glotta Nova. He is responsible for sales,
marketing, new service development, finance and investments, as well as for
relations with strategic partners and public. He is actively involved in several
home and international projects, in which he is in charge of lead / advisory
/ coordination and provides assistance in terms of contents and all-round support.
The most important area of his work is dealing with an issue, how to offer the
customers an ideal educational service of high quality, tailor-made to their
needs, which would bring them success and ensure them an optimal continual development
and competitive advance in the market.
His work requires managing projects, where organizational nad other business
skills are of highest importance. This involves organizing project teams, preparing
budget information and control, managing the projects and taking responsibilities
for the projects beeing carried out in the highest quality possible.
Aleš is also tightly related with several other partner organisations and eneterpreneurial
teams.
